Q: Orgasms while sleeping???

So I tried to take a nap today and woke up freaking out! I had just had a very extreme orgasm in my sleep!!! Has anyone else experienced this? It's a little funny but wow! Also may some dumb but are orgasms ok for baby? I know they make you contract so are the safe?

Strangely I have those all the time but not since becoming pregnant lol. Orgasms are safe during pregnancy unless told otherwise by the doctor. They are actually good for you :)

I had that happen a few times with my first pregnancy, not yet with this one though! Orgasms are perfectly safe (so is sex) while you're pregnant unless your doctor has put you on pelvic rest. Either way though, there isn't much you can do about it while you're sleeping/dreaming!
