Q: Anyone ever had an ultrasound that showed gestational sac with no decidual reaction?

I went to the ER Sunday & had an ultrasound done due to left side pains it showed a gestation sac that was 3.6mm with no decidual reaction, no yolk sac, no embryo related to the sac. I know it is too early to see the yolk sac or embryo but everything I've read says if there is no decidual reaction it's a blighted ovum. My betas are continuing to double & the bleeding I had Wed-Mon has completely stopped.

does it mean anything if they are not all doubling at the same rate? Has anyone been told they had no decidual reaction? What was the outcome?

I didnt personally go through this. I just wanted to suggest doing a follow up with your primary ob to see there take on this. They may want to perform a repeat ultrasound in a week to see if there is any change since you still are quite early.
