Q: Weight Gain???

Just wondering what people weight was before pregnancy and what it is now preferably in second trimester. I think i have put on to much weight and i look and feel horrible ive been working out but i think its to late, and also how many hours in between meals any advice would be great x

I started off overweight, at 177 pounds. I lost some weight in the frist trimester because of morning sickness. Now I am 22 weeks and have gained 3 pounds, now being 180.

I was 140 and gained a good 9 lbs in the first trimester, I know I have since gained more but I don't want to check! I just have an insane appetite, not just due to being pregnant. I also quit smoking 10 weeks ago!

Don't worry too much about weight gain though, they say if you have a BMI of about 23 then you should gain up to 6lbs in the first trimester, but that is a textbook amount. Everyone is different!

I weighed 160 before i got pregnant now at 16 weeks im 155 lbs

I was overweight before being pregnant and weighed 200lbs, at 22 weeks i have luckily only gained 9lb as i have been eating healthily and watching my weight gain as i know overweight women should try and stay within a smaller weight gain limit than a normal pregnancy.

I started at 121 lb. I quickly gained weight between 9 and 20 weeks, then slowed down till about 30 weeks and the weight gain has been quickly gained again since. At 35 weeks I am now up 25 lbs. At this rate I'll be 10 more lbs in 5 weeks, but my doctor has been okay with all my weight gain or lack of weight gain so far this pregnancy! Talk to your doctor. Every pregnancy is different and you can gain weight at different parts of the pregnancy. So you can't compare EXACTLY to each person.

I was 113 when I got pregnant and I'm 158 now at 39 weeks. I ate very well and did yoga, walked...I just packed on the pounds ( especially in the bum and legs).

Just having one of those days feeling really depressed knowing that i have months to go before i give birth and just looking at myself now i look so horrible i just wanna cry, im working out and trying to eat well but i just feel like i keep gaining.

You need to gain when your pregnant. If your concerned on how much your doctor would be able to help you with that. Also eat when you are hungry. Don't force yourself to eat (unless you haven't eaten all day) and only eat until you are full. You will naturally eat more with an increased appetite due to baby.

I was 150 when I found out I was pregnant and quit smoking then gained 10 pounds boo.. In my second trimester I was probably 178.. Just stay busy and active though I know it's hard to with no energy.
