Q: What are these pains?

It has been 3 hours that I feel terrible pains like gas up high my abdomen.Should I worry?Is like wind is trapped but high.

It hurts I get the same thing.. It's most likely gas but it hurts when you press on it or touch. Its much worse when you are constipated.. It will come and go.. Sorry if it didn't help much

I had that in my upper right belly last week...after i pooped it went away :)

Sounds like constipation. If it is unbearable there are baby safe laxatives you can take. You need to ask your OB. I had that with my first pregnancy and the pain was unbearable. It was b/c I couldn't pass a bowel movement and it was stuck high up....Hope you feel better Hon.
