Q: 11 weeks 6 days pregnant! and i have lost 20 pounds!

I have had really bad morning sickness! and no matter how hard i try i have lost 20 pounds! before i got pregnant i was 142 pounds and 5 ft 4 in.
so loosing 20 pounds and already being small , I am worried that i could be hurting my baby
I have a doctors apointment today and i wonder if anyone know what my doctor will say or do?

I had it really bad until 16 weeks and lost weight. I finally this month started gaining weight. Food tastes soooo good now.. lol =) good luck plus zofran helped me tons. I tried the ginger tablets and tea even the pressure band sea sick ones.. Didnt work for me..

I believe there are meds out there for severe sickness to help you get your weight back on track. They will probably give you that b/c that is a major weight loss for pregnancy, but don't worry, your baby is soaking up all your nutrients leaving you with little and feeling more sick. They have meds for this. Best Wishes
