Q: Did you INTENTIONALLY or unintentionally lose weight during pregnancy?

Did you INTENTIONALLY or unintentionally lose weight during pregnancy? Did you have a healthy labor and baby?

PLEASE don't comment about how "Oh that's unhealthy." That's not what I'm asking, so thanks! ^_^

:) Just curious to others situations. At 28 weeks (I'm not 29 weeks) I was told I was gaining too much weight, and for having lost 60 lbs before pregnancy that's kind of devastating. Lol They told me to stay away from bread and of course the sugar and within a week I've already dropped almost 10 lbs. =/ Could just be water weight, and my baby is moving so much more now.

Plus, I started exercising more. >_> lol

So yeah, what about you? :)

I lost about 30 lbs before I was 25 weeks. I had severe morning sickness and could not keep ANYTHING down. It's not like you are out losing weight on purpose, by not eating. You just cut unhealthy stuff out.

I am kind of in the same boat. I am 20 weeks and have gained maybe 15 pounds. I am hearbroken I have gained so much since I have lost over 60 pounds since I had my son and 30 pounds last year. I was sick until 16 weeks. I dont want to gain a ton of weight, but the docs havent told me yet that I gained to much yet though I feel I have. I need to start working out =/

I have had quite bad morning (well 24/7) sickness so whilst i haven't actually lost that much I haven't gained anything at all. I'm slightly overweight anyway so I am trying to watch my intake of crappy food.
I know people say its "unhealthy" to lose weight during pregnancy, but its more "unhealthy" (and risky) to be overweight in pregnancy, so you are doing the right thing. Good Luck.
