Sorry, but it's very hard to even see the ultrasound pics you posted. If you could post a better, closer pic it may help but it's so tiny I can't even make out what is in the picture lol.

I'm no sonographer but it does appear to be testicles from a bottom shot as Eag923 suggests.
It wouldn't be the first time a sonographer was wrong though, just Google it. So many women go for an early gender scan at 16wks to be told boy only to find out a month later it's a girl. Maybe the pics of your other boys look so different due to the equipment used. Fingers crossed for a definite answer for you on Wednesday x

You need to tell your tech to take more zoomed in shots! :) It looks different that my girls' shots. In theirs, the only thing that was white were the 3 lines I mentioned before, however, their shots were really zoomed in and took up the entire u/s pic. It looks like the arrow is pointing at a scrotum, but I'm not 100% bc it is SO tiny. I don't blame the tech for bringing you back in. Hopefully, they'll zoom in a little better next time.

The bottom one looks like a shot from underneath. You can see his legs and his bottom; it also looks like two testicles. That's why I thought it was a boy, but the top one isn't clear to me. I can't tell what that view is at all.

Hopefully the next scan will provide the answers. My doctor didnt want to do my scan this early because of this reason that later on once the baby is more developed its easier to be able to tell the sex.
