Nooo, never refrigerate what's left over! After the nippke has touched her mouth, she has 1 hr to finish it, then you have to toss it. Harmful bacteria multiplies quickly in formula. Untouched formula can stay at rm temp for up to 2 hrs. Untouched formula can stay in the fridge for up to 24 hrs. Now, these are the rules for powdered formula. Ready to feed comes sterile, so it has different rules.
If she's still hungry, then feed her what she wants. By two weeks, most babies are up to 3 oz or so. Also, there are growth spurts around 3 wks & a huge one at 6 wks, so she's going to want to eat a lot during those. Just feed on demand. You can google all the formula safety guidelines as it is really important to follow them for food safety.

One thing you can do to avoid waste, is to make up 6 oz or so & keep it in the fridge during the day. Then, you can use that to top off your bottles to 3 or 3.5 oz w/o having to make a full 4 oz bottle if she isn't ready for it yet. Just make sure you toss the refrigerated formula after 24 hrs.

I was told by a midwife that you should have a half to 1 oz left over after every feed. If you're not getting that then you need to up your feed amount. Babys have hungry days and also don't have exact dates when they start requiring more feed. you should be following her lead to how much to feed.
You can't really overfeed a baby otherwise breastfeeding would be impossible as you have only a rough idea how much they drink. You don't however want to underfeed her, she's a growing flower. Hope mother life is treating you well x
