CitraNatal B-Calm
Vitafol Ultra
Concept DHA
These three are covered by my insurance if I were to love any of them. I'm especially excited to try the CitraNatal B-Calm as they are supposed to help with nausea/vomiting, and constipation. I've heard the Vitafol also helps with constipation. I'm nervous to try new vitamins, I have no idea why. I don't like medications and things like that much. I had been taking Enfamil Expecta (prenatal and DHA pill) but they were making me even more sick.
Have any of you tried these? What were your experience(s) with them?
I'm a bit confused as to how to take the CitraNatal, as there are 3 pills. One prenatal, and two B6 tablets. It says take 8 hours apart. Do I take all three pills 8 hours apart every day? Or the multivitamin with one B6, and then the other B6 8 hours later? So confused. I emailed my midwife and I'm waiting on answer to that. Sorry for such a detailed question :)
