Q: WORRIED! Scary things are happening to me! Help ladies!

So I am 28 weeks and last night the scariest thing happened to me! I was sitting on my couch and my heart all of a sudden started racing and pounding really hard. I made it hard to breath and get air. Then my eyes got blurry and I got extremely dizzy and faint. By that point my heart was beating so fast and hard that my whole body was moving with the beat. It was so scary because this lasted a good couple hours. What could this be ladies? And has anyone ever felt like this before?

I am by no means fit to give medical advice but suspect something related to blood pressure. I would have sought medical advice at the time. I would do so now, especially if it lasted more than a few minutes. Hopefully it's nothing to worry about...but I would get some proper medical advise to make sure it doesn't happen again, and so if it does you know what to do!
