I'm going though the exact same thing myself. Keep waking at about 1am then thats me awake all night!!
Last night I had a hot chocolate before bed and I managed to stay sleeping till 5am, which I was very happy about. So I would recommend doing that.

I actually took this time and got my body use to sleeping that much. Trust me you'll be lucky to get more than that after your baby is born. Just take naps during the day if you can. This is my second and im trying to get as much sleep as i can

I had that problem more in the first trimester. Now I have more of a problem with interrupted sleep (I get up 3 times a night to go to the bathroom). Hopefully it'll get better soon. I'd try to avoid medication for it if you can help it (but talk to your doctor before you take anything).

check w/ your doc but I've heard benedryl is ok. good luck!

yep, i get less than that! i'm awake every 20 mins/half hour either uncomfortable/thirsty/need to pee!
