ya know what I bloody hate websites that say YOU WILL NOT FEEL THE BABY BEFORE 18 WEEKS, they really annoy me, anyway I felt my first at 14 weeks, 2nd and 3rd at 17 weeks, I am 14 weeks now,and felt a little flutter yesterday, but I just want it to be a little stronger before I mark it down :), every pregnancy is different, most say they felt there first later on an there second much earlier, but it was totally the other way round for me, and also my tummy looks pregnant but if u feel it its still flabby, I cant wait for it to go hard :), if you have heard the heartbeat and the baby is moving about, then don't worry, you may not feel it for a number of weeks you may feel it tomorrow, just dont compare it to your last pregnancy because it can send you crazy.

With my 1st I felt him around 13wks and with my 2nd i was in the same boat, didn't feel him move till about 18-19wks, he did end up being smaller and he is a calmer child then my 1st, so I think that can make a differance. So you will feel baby move in time! Good Luck :)

I was 21 weeks before I felt my baby move for the first time. Just have patience, and don't worry. Baby doesn't need you stressing on it.

I didn't feel my little one move until about 17 weeks. It is my first one, but I imagine that it depends on the size/position of the baby and the placenta that indicates when you feel it. I would try not to worry too much if possible, since you said that at the appointment, the baby was doing well! I remember that between weeks 13 and 17, and even until about week 23, it was super hard for me to believe that I was pregnant since I had very few symptoms and felt great...not to mention that our little one moved mostly at night time while I was sleeping...Today I'm 31 weeks and feel her moving ALL the time. I'm sure that you will start feeling the baby soon and then you won't be as worried :) Hang in there & good luck!

Hey hon,
It just depends on which side your placenta is on and it is still very early to feel baby move. I felt my first kick at 16 weeks, I would say that unless you have any pain or bleeding at this point then you are fine, I'm 25 weeks and my stomach is still soft at times. At this stage, you would know about it if something was wrong chicken so try not to worry. Easier said than done I know. :)
