I'm 30 weeks 5 days and have an anterior placenta, this means the placenta is growing at the front of your uterus, nothing to Worry bout, just that early on in pregnancy baby kicks might not be felt as early.

I have an anterior placenta and actually felt my daughter kick around 18 weeks, so I was very suprised, yet so happy. I felt her all the time, she was a little athlete in there. Nothing to worry about :)

I have this now i'm 22 weeks tomorrow. I have been feeling movement for about a week. I feel her everyday now and usually quite low down or by my belly button to the sides. Its so amazing to finally feel her moving x

I had this with my first and wasn't able to feel movement until about 21 weeks. And then I felt it mostly on the sides until I was further along. Eventually you will feel it all over though so don't worry. I used to watch baby move from one side to the other, craziest thing to see and feel!!

I have it with this baby and I felt movements by 19 weeks .. I do feel almost every movement but as the pp said more on the sides.. But I've felt them on the front too.. I'm not sure how stronger they would feel if I was to have a posterior placenta.. But with anterior it's amazing enough :)

I had this with my last baby it just means that the placenta is on the front of your tummy. I felt my babies movements still but more to my sides than at the front.

That just means that the thicker part of your placenta is more towards your belly than your back. That's all, nothing major at all. It's safe and a lot of women have it.
