Q: 31.2 weeks and put on bed rest. Anyone else in the same boat?

I went into preterm labor at 28.4 weeks and have been put on bed rest for the remainder of the pregnancy. When I went to a routine appt. they found my cervix had shortened, thinned, and dilated. We went to the hospital and they were able to stop the contractions and give me the steroid shot to boost my baby's lung dev. I am now at home on bed rest and it has been really hard to leave work behind and not have any control over anything. Has anyone else been through this or giong through this now? Did you still have an early delivery?

I was put on hospital bed rest at 19 weeks sine my cervix shortened to 1cm so I had a cerclage put in. I am now 27 weeks and I am hoping to go full term which will be 37 weeks since I am having twins. I am just staying in bed in the Trendelenburg position and hoping for the best. Check out my bed rest blog if you need a good read. :)

I am 23 wks and was just put on bedrest due to weight loss and fear of preterm labor. I'm also on 17p injections to prevent early delivery. It's gonna be rough!!
