Sounds like vanishing twin syndrome. Good luck...

It's so hard to say....they have gone back up but it took almost 4 days for it to double. I think it's supposed to double every day or every other at the beginning. What does the dr think? Are you having the levels checked again?

Those numbers are still quite low and rising slowly-did they rule out ectopic? Unfortunately I think you'll have to wait it out.

I agree with the vanishing twin theory. It would explain the drop and then rising back up again.

There is a slight possibility of a vanishing twin which would cause a high original Hcg followed by low and stalled Hcg, then rising again.

Hi there! I know nothing about HCG levels b/c I never measured mine, but I think it would help others if they knew how far along you are (for some reason your profile just says 6 days). Good luck!

My friend had the same thing happen after ivf but ended up not being a viable pregnancy. But her Dr. told her that he had seen women who have this and go on to healthy pregnancy. Sorry not much help but all you can do is wait it out. Good luck!!
