Q: Sharp pain at 18weeks..........

dear all, i am feeling a sharp pain occassionally near my vagina. i am around 18weeks pregnant.
no discharge and this pain is for somehow 2-3 seconds. whenever i touch that part of my body i feel a beat..may be my beat.
pls tell me what this could be...thanks

My friend who has a beautiful baby girl said that she also felt that and it was just hormonal. I'm not sure how true that is as I'm not a professional, but I hope that helps.
