My husband says he will take overnights Thursday through Saturday....but thats when he doesnt work. So he basically established that when HE works he wont be getting up to help. So his sleep is more important? I have to try to sleep, get 2 kids to school and daycare, work all day teaching, pick up both kids and get home. You would think we should share overnight baby feedings all week. I guess i have to wait until the weekends to get any sleep?
Whats your plan if both you and DH are full time working out of the house?
