Q: 18 weeks, random projectile vomiting with severe lower left side back pain?

I don't know what to do! I had awful morning sickness but it all stopped around 13 weeks. All day today I've had a sharp stabbing pain only in my lower left side of my back. Also! I've had pretty bland foods today but suddenly started (tmi) projectile vomiting. It is awful! What could be wrong????

Hun this sounds like it could be a kidney infection. I had one with my last pregnancy, very painful. Please call your OB hun as you may need antibiotics.
