Q: Shaving???

I know it's probably TMI, but how are you ladies managing to shave down there once you can't really see anymore? I'm going in blind and just doing the shave and feel thing, but that isn't working that great. Lol! Ideas on getting a good job done? Haha!

I am an esthetician at waxing spa. Trust me, we have seen it all. As long as you go to a rereputable place (no nail salons) the experience shouldn't be that traumatic. I wax at least one pregnant woman a week, and the earlier you start the easier it will be. The first one is the worst one, but after that the amount of hair that grows back is greatly reduced, so future waxes are much less painful. Good luck :)

get it waxed!! I have been doing waxing for a few years, LOVE it, it is not the funnest experience ever but it's worth it and the more you go the less hair that is there and then it becomes easier.

I'm doing it bliind as well. I was thinking about getting a waxing done but, I've never done it and I heard you are a lot more sensitive there while pregnant, and no thank you on the pain. I figured it's only family that will see and my hubby will be at my head so I really don't care LOL.

I used to just go at it blindly or use a mirror! If I could go back and do it again, I would have 100% gone in and got waxed a few weeks before my due date.

The gal who does my brows offered to have me come in for a bikini wax. One about 6 weeks before my due date and then one closer to the big day. I've considered taking her up on it, but as I've never been waxed there, I'm a bit afraid.
Truth be told...the hubs took the beard trimmer (with a safe short attachment) to the downtown area and it's about time to do it again. I'll admit its a VERY intimate process and it took some time for me to stop laughing out of awkward-ness. But, he's always willing to help me and I appreciate it. I believe there SHOULD be a certain amount of mystery in my marriage, but right now we're going thru this family making business together, so I got over it and accepted my hub's assistance.
