Q: Is being thirsty all the time okay?

My mouth is really dry all the time and drinking water sometimes doesn't work sometimes

Iced tea , hot tea with honey and green tea seem to work for me I having the same problem

Our bodies are in the process of creating 50% more blood volume, as well as amniotic fluid and another human being, it needs a lot of fluid! As long as you are sure you are drinking enough and you are urinating regularly and it isn't dark or strong, you are probably just fine. I feel very thirsty too. You may still want to mention it to your doctor if you're very concerned about it too, this is just personal experience, not medical advice. I think diabetes among other issues can cause extreme thirst so may want to mention it. One more thing, I prefer drinking iced tea to water, it seems to go down better for me.
