Q: Anyone still having cramps at almost 11 wks

I am still having cramps at almost 11 wks with twins. I feel like things should have subsided by now and can't help but worry. Anyone experience the same thing. Went to the Dr last week and everything looks fine, so I should just relax and not worry. lower back pain and cramps with a milky discharge (no order) has be worried...

I'm 18 weeks and I still have cramps off and on. They became less frequent after 12 weeks for me. I think it may be because until 12 weeks, your uterus is cramped behind your pubic bone so it cramps a bit more. Just my thoughts, don't know if that's a viable theory. I saw your other post with twins, so you may cramp more than normal. If everything looks fine and the cramps are fairly mild, they're likely normal for you. Try drinking more fluids in case dehydration is causing it for you.
