I know that its pretty common for your blood pressure to drop in pregnancy. I have a pretty low normal bp anyways so now in pregnancy.. I do get light headed quite often. I also do second what kawaimichicko said about hypermesis. I have moderate HG myself and can become extremely dehydrated .. if you can't keep down fluids for any longer than 24 hrs or you can't tolerate them def get to the ER for IV fluids and IV anti nausea meds. They can also give you a prescription of nausea meds to help out. I have ben prescribed zofran along with vitamin b6. I hope you feel better soon. I know i have had a rough week myself with the nausea and vomiting... hang in there. We will get through this!

I have postural hypotension my BP was any where between 98/60 (on a good day) and below the baseline 88/48 (not quite sure why or how am I alive or even walking). I'd get sudden dizzyness though I haven't fainted yet, I almost did on several occasions. If you are concern about your BP or feeling faint at any time, give your doc a call. It seems that you also have hyper emesis which could cause severe dehydration so you might also want to get some fluid pumped in to you and some Rx anti-emetic. Goodluck...

the sickness, being light headed, nasty taste in mouth are all pregnancy symptoms. I don't know much about blood pressure so i don't want to comment on that, but the other things are normal. I felt like death until week 13. If you are really concerned go to the doctor especially if you are not able to drink anything as you don't want to dehydrate.
