Q: Feeling sick at 40 weeks and 1 day

I woke up this moring around 4:30 with a horrible stomach ache and the feeling that I was going to get sick and I have been feeling the same way ever since... I don't know if it's something I eat or what but it is horrible... Has anyone else felt this way and gone into labor... I am 1 day past my due date and at my last two check ups I was dilated to 3 cm and I have been having contractions but they are really random and don't last very long... They feel more like period cramps...

Might be tmi but have you gone to the bathroom.. (number two..) Before labor kicks in the body loosens up its bowels. With my second the labor natural came on... I felt queasy but felt better after going to the bathroom. Labor cam on later that evening. Hope u feel better and hope this,is an early sign.

Sorry your feeling sick. Hope you feel better soon then go into active labour. Keep your fluids up. It's sucks going over. I'm sure your've had enough. I was 41+3 with my first. By the way. To me labour was 100% like period cramps but just the worst I'd ever had, that's exactly how I describe labour. Gl sweet :-)
