4 weeks here. The only symptoms I'm having so far are back pain and fatigue. I'm also getting a little bloating, occasional heartburn and maybe some very mild nausea in the morning.
I know my SIL didn't have any real symptoms when she was pregnant with her daughter until the second trimester. She said she never got morning sickness or anything.

I'm 18 weeks, so I'm further along than what you're asking, but I hope you don't mind me sharing my experience. I didn't have any symptoms at all until I hit 8 weeks, and then all of a sudden, I was hit with unrelenting nausea that lasted the whole day. Lost ten pounds from it. It finally went away a week ago.
Pregnancy symptoms are different for every woman. I hope you're one of the lucky ones who don't feel much, but not having symptoms at 4 weeks doesn't guarantee it. Good luck. Happy and healthy nine months :)

With my first pregnancy, I didn't have any symptoms until I was 7 weeks and then I got slammed with them! It was like they all came at once and I was pretty sick! With my current pregnancy (5weeks) I am not really experiencing much - some fatigue and a little nausea in the morning when I am brushing my teeth. Other than that..nothing! Just hope I don't get slammed again at 7 weeks! LOL

Well I must say at that stay I was in denial . as I didn't believe I was pregnant. But my symptoms started at about 6 weeks. now currently 10 weeks. seems to be improving for me or got use to it. still pretty tired and don't want to do anything. Good luck and have a healthy pregnancy

I feel like with first, maybe second or third pregnancies everything is so extreme especially because its a newish experience. After, you expect the worst, and then nothing really happens. The moodiness has kicked in hard now...

With my two miscarriages and my first baby, I had symptoms starting at 3 weeks lol. Bad cramping, bloating, extreme nausea, food aversions, peeing constantly...
With my second baby (currently 31w) I didn't have any symptoms really except a backache and being moody and my face breaking out, which I thought was just PMS lol! Started getting really bloated and nauseous about 6 weeks along but it didn't last long and I only got sick a couple times with this pregnancy. It's been pretty mild compared to my last one
