I have one too. Bled, more of a daily spot, since 6 1/2 weeks. Bleed just stopped 3 days ago. I am in my 13th week. Baby looks great. Dr. Told me to take it easy and don't have sex. I am sure everything will be okay. I was freaking out too but can't help it. Lol. I bled with my other too and they both went to full term no problems :)

Thanks so much! Yeah not pouring blood but I've had some cramping on & off. I've had that since I found out I was pregnant. I'm calling nurse tomorrow to ask what to expect with this..............

Ok after some logical thinking, I am not sure your Dr or anyone could see blood IN the sac bc on an US it shows black for pockets of fluid, such as the sac or a clot (SCH). It probably is an SCH but I would definitely call and get her to diagnose it with the correct medical term to be sure. Good luck and if it is a SCH and you haven't or aren't pouring blood I believe you will be ok. I too read the horror stories. I don't have sex, strain, lift (except my daughter), or stand and walk for long periods. I hope this helps but definitely talk to you Dr about the diagnosis.

My SCH is not in the gestational sac. It is outside of it and is getting smaller. I haven't had any spotting and I am 12 weeks tomorrow. I go back in Wednesday for a scan. I am not sure blood in the sac is the same thing as an SCH.

I'm now wondering why the doctor never said "subchorionic bleed" and she said "blood in the gestational sac" is this the same thing? I wish it weren't the weekend! I'm freaking myself out!
