My sister in law had a two vessel cord and she delivered a perfectly healthy baby girl. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Good luck to you on the rest of your pregnancy.

Hi I also have a 2 vessel cord. They were able to find a 3rd that had clotted off. My doctor did not seem very worried and gave me a run down of what to expect. I now will have U/S every 6 weeks to assess growth (since there is a SMALL chance this can affect it). If at my 26 week U/S this week she is small, I will be put on restricted activity. If that doesn't help they will put me on complete bedrest followed by hospital bedrest. If there still is no improvement, they would consider delivering early. He said all of these complications are very rare and they just like to watch 2 vessel babies closer. Almost all pregnancies have an abnormality of some kind. I'm hoping we are not the few this effects. Good Luck and let me know how things turn out for you!

From what I understand it just means that there is a greater rise but as long as the baby is growing well then most of the other problems shouldn't be a problem. I had two large and one smaller vessels. My daughter was 8.5 pounds at birth. They didn't even do any extra u/s with me but they might do a growth u/s with you.
