Q: Food poisoning caused contractions

Hi everyone. So I'll be 24 weeks Thursday and I ended up getting food poisoning last night. Worried about dehydration, I went to the ER and found that I was having contractions about every 2 minutes (which I didn't notice due to all the heaving..) They kept me overnight and gave me 2 IV bags with Zofran and monitored the contractions (which have gone away, thank god.) Today my ribs, stomach and what feels like ligaments are very sore and possibly pulled? Anyways I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else, and did you continue to have a healthy pregnancy to term?
