Drink a glass of orange juice and lay on your left side. Count kicks and movements. Under 4 kick counts call your doctor.

Try drinking a glass of cold water and laying down on your left side to see if you can feel any movement. The baby might just be having a good nap. It's good that your have contacted your doctor just in case, always follow your intuition!

Sometimes I've had less movement, but if your doctor's office is closed you can try calling the Maternity Ward at your nearest hospital.
