Do not expose too much to cold weather. You may be inclined with estrogen and progesterone level that would make you tremble and tired. As you mentioned recently recovered from nausea and vomiting. During the time you would have lost more energy by vomiting. This energy lose even make you to this situation. The said issues can be resolved easily except UTI. If you continuously feel back pain, frequent urination, burning or paining during urination, do consult with your OBG immediately.

Congratulations for your pregnancy. During this stage, a pregnant woman will have several hormonal changes and her immune system is also suppressed. Shivers, vertigo, chills are very common. However, shivering during pregnancy occurs when one is affected by urinary tract infection. So, be careful about that which affects both mom and fetus. Even viral gastroenteritis causes shivering in the body and trembling legs. Anemia, preeclampsia may be other reasons for this issue.
You can treat yourself with consuming adequate amounts of fluids, soups and juice. Keep hydrated always. Drinking cranberry juice will assist you in the case of urinary tract infection. Stay away from caffeine, citrus foods, chocolates which could increase the UTI, if you suspect. Home remedies do support well during this period. Drinking ginger tea twice a day keeps you out from infections and also increases immune system. If the shivering is due to anemia, eating raw tomatoes help to prevent you from trembling.

Lots of nausea and vomiting is going to leave you depleted. You need to make sure your body is getting enough fluids, calories and salt. Make yourself a drink with water, sugar and a tiny pinch of salt. See if that helps. Make sure you are getting enough calories/ energy.
