About Me

We were trying to conceive my second child (husband's first) since April 2011. We suffered a m/c in August at around 6 weeks. So far so good on this one!

Feeling kicks now! On April 10th, we found out it's a Boy!

Quickening Begins (~16-24 Weeks) Between March 19, 2012 and May 14, 2012
Viability (24 Weeks) May 14, 2012
Pregnancy considered term if delivered Between August 13, 2012 and September 17, 2012
Gender Ultrasound (~18-20 Weeks) Between April 2, 2012 and April 16, 2012
Maternity clothes may need to be considered Starting around March 17, 2012
You will need maternity clothes for: Spring, Summer and Autumn

My Birth Plan

With my son, I was induced and ended up sitting around for over a day tied to machines, seeing my doc for probably 2 minutes an hour, and both my son and I ended up with an infection/fever because they broke my water very early to try and "move things along." I think he was possibly early because of dating inconsistencies and some other things that happened so I want to prevent that this time.

I am using a midwife and will be forgoing an epidural for as long as possible. She's also promised not to induce before 42 weeks, and we know when we conceived so I am hopefully things will be a bit better this time around!

Its hard for me to get photos of my dh.. he hates being in them!!
