ER visit taken by ambulance at 2am

Well I never do journal entries but have had an eventful night. At 7pm had abdominal pain decided to go to bed and sleep it off.
Woke at midnight it was worse. Called ambulance at 1.15am told them I was having server abdominal pain with no cramping or bleeding.
They came and took me to hospital. They used a portable scan and baby was great jumping around and great HB.
They gave me some safe pain meds (2 tablets for the pain) that helped. I went home after 3 hrs. I have a full follow up scan in 3 hrs time to thoroughly check everything. I had a scan a week ago and all was perfect with placenta etc so no idea what's caused this massive discomfort.

It wasn't round ligament pains, it was different. I've had a baby so know.

Anyone else had this server abdominal pain lasting for hours so bad you can't move to any position apart from your back for peace. No bleeding No cramping and baby fine and jumping around with a strong HB
Weird.

Yes they did a full check tested urine everything. I did not think it was round ligament pains but I've spoken to a couple of my friends and they said they had it so bad everything they were in tears. So I'll have to see if it happens again.

Could be anything... could be UTI, appendicitis... anything other than the pregnancy. Did the doctors test or check anything other than checking to make sure the baby is ok?

Where was the pain located in the abdomen ? Was it sharp ? Stabby? Dull achy ?
