Almost complete loss of symptoms...

I have had almost a complete loss of symptoms. My boobs are not really sore or full/heavy....I am not sick....not really tired. I keep checking my CM....only white/yellow mucus. That honestly is my only indication that I have a possible healthy pregnancy....no period. Its hard not to be pessimistic right now.....
