Not doing too well....and not sure why...

I am really moody, anxious, cramping, have on/off headaches. I am on the 6th day of my antibiotic for the bacterial infection...and the antibiotic is pretty strong. It causes abdominal pain and diarrhea....which I have had....but any cramping or aches make me worry. Then I worry and get a panic attack. Its a terrible cycle.
I am just not doing well overall....not sure if its pregnancy, antibiotic, subsiding infection. Maybe I will call in to my GYN in the morming just to talk to her.....see what she says.
