This is my last journal entry before my first doctors appointment next week. Eek! I am so excited and nervous. I should mention that although I want this baby more than anything, I really despise going to the doctor. I'm actually dreading that aspect of it. The bright side is that T was able to work something out at work so he can come with me, which I am really happy about. The first ultrasound of our first child...that's kind of monumental and should definitely be shared together! We cannot wait. :)
We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary this week. Well, by celebrated I mean we both came home from work then went to catch a movie, lol. Not much to do on a Tuesday night, but it was fun nevertheless!
I still have hardly any symptoms. And the ones I do have I've almost gotten used to, so I sometimes forget that I'm even pregnant. I'm not allowing myself to freak out about it or read too much into it. Stopping the worrying has done wonders for my mental state and overall mood in general. It's much easier said than done, and I still have my moments, but I've gotten so much better. It's not my plan or my creation to worry over, it's His.
Well...looks like I'll be updating next Tuesday after my appointment. We can't wait to see you, little guy. It's crazy how much we already love and care about you.
