Nearly 48hrs after stretch & sweep

Might be my last journal entry.
So I had my stretch and sweep done 2 days ago at 38w. Was 2cm dialated (2nd child). As usual I hate them. I had cramps and a tiny amount of bleeding (spotting) for about 12hrs.
Now it's nearly 2 days later it 4am and just went to the toilet to wipe and gross mucus plug (big brown globs) sorry TMI
Please let labour start soon so I don't have to be induced in 4 days.
What do u ladies think. A good sign or still doesn't mean much.
