28+3 week update

I had my second growth scan ultrasound done on Friday, Nov 20th at 28 weeks. Everything is looking great so far. She is going to be a big baby! Already measuring at 2lbs 12ounces! They ordered a whole bunch of lab work on me though because they aren't happy with the fact I am still having the severe dizziness and headaches. My bp fluctuates so much. It goes super high to low and they said that can be a sign of the pre e starting. I also just completed my 3rd 24 hr urine test so we are waiting for the results of that. I had my 28 week checkup today with my OB. Turns out this pregnancy I failed my 1 hr glucose test so now I have to do the 3 hr tomorrow...UGH. can't imagine sitting in there for 3 hours. They said they usually schedule the C sections for 39 weeks...but that makes me nervous. This is my 2nd pregnancy, and even though I was induced and had a c section my last one at 36 weeks...I'm afraid with all my complications with this one and waiting until that close I can go into labor before that. I still just do not feel in good hands with this OB this entire pregnancy. Thankfully I have a high risk dr that is on top of things but they also really can't do much unless they go through my OB first so it's a pain in the ass with constant back and fourth. My husband felt the first real legitiment hard kick last night from Madison...not the ones before where he was like..."I think I felt it". It was a moment i'll never forget seeing the look on his face and him tearing up. I'm starting to really really feel uncomfortable at this point. There is constant pressure down there, incontinence has set in :( and the aches and pains have increased big time. only 11 weeks to go...give or take. I still pray everything goes well. Next growth scan is December 18th! can't wait
