First Ultrasound

Home from the appointment. It went well! I went in completely okay with "only" seeing the gestational sac. As soon as the nurse inserted the probe I saw the gestational sac. She didn't even have to point it out! We saw the gestational sac and the yolk sac. It measured 5 weeks 4 days which isn't far from where I thought I was. (6 weeks today) So being 5 weeks 4 days we saw exactly what was expected. The nurse said that at 6+1 or 2 we should see the fetal pole and at 6+4 we might be able to see the heartbeat. So next Friday (when I should be 6+4) we go have our second ultrasound and I'm just praying to see the fetal pole.
I had blood drawn too, but won't hear back from that until this afternoon. I'm pretty sure my hcg is getting up there because my symptoms are picking up. I'm developing nausea bordering on what I would call morning sickness, I'm peeing like crazy, fatigue, and my boobs are sore. I told DH this morning "The hormones are strong with this one" because in 4 pregnancies this is the earliest I have felt like this.
So next Friday is my next appointment. I'm SO excited! :)

You described each and everthing. How could someone posiibly remember these details. What were you doing there. Writing down or something. This is really great. I must say it's lovely. I thought I am pregnant. I was so happy at that time. after 10 days, I started bleeding. I became pregnant after 3 months of ttcl. Now I am a mother of a baby boy. Baby girl is coming soon.
