20 wk Ultrasound and appointment!

And we are still having a little girl! My mil has insisted it could still be a boy bc of how low I am carrying, but nope, baby Avarie she is! All is well and baby is healthy and growing. So far the dr. Hadn't said much about my weight loss this pregnancy until today. He said he really wants to see me start gaining, which is a first. I lost 15 lbs and have only put on 1 lb back. I'm eating, I just don't seem to be gaining :-/.... It is getting more real by the day! We have already ordered the car seat/stroller and the crib. Almost done with the big stuff! Starting to feel a little anxious about delivery, but definitely more more excited than anxious!

Make a mental note of it all and don't be like that when ur a grandma-to-be!! Lol! Glad Avarie (Ava?) is doing well. Don't worry about ur weight gain, seriously, ur Dr will let u know when there's a need to do something about it. Baby's growing fine, ur just losing excess that u don't need. There's still lots of time to gain...most gains come towards the end when baby really starts packing it on. Relax and enjoy! =)) |
