The "mom bladder"
By alymarie6388 » Posted Oct. 23, 2017 9:37am - 472 views - 7 comments

So I've always had a "mom bladder". I know y'all know what I'm talking about. The I-have-to-cross-my-legs-when-I-sneeze-or-else-I'll-tinkle bladder. -_- Had that for years and Josh thinks it's the funniest thing because immediately after a sneeze, I need to hot foot it to the bathroom. It's definitely worse now and allergies have kicked up for me. So, my question for you ladies is: 1) how do you deal with allergies when you can't take anything? 2) any tricks on not going through my entire underwear collection in a week?

"Mom Bladders" unite?! Can that be a thing? haha

Ugh... the mom bladder. I didn't have it before baby #1, but afterward and ever since I have. Kegels are supposed to help. Otherwise just find your favorite pantyliner and change often. G/L!

I peed a little all the time through my pregnancy. I also had allergies the entire 8 months... so lots of sneezing and coughing - ugh... I ended up just packing underwear at all times and wore pantyliners... otherwise I was constantly wet.... oh the joys! Good luck!

Claritin, mucinex, chlorpheniramine, zyrtec, benadryl, sudafed, but not the pe, saline nose spray. Also robitussin dm for colds... This is off the list my Dr. Gave me. I haven't taken much this pregnancy, but I have taken a benedryl and robitussin. I had a terrible cough and getting no sleep!

I will give you what my Dr. Gave me for the allergy list when I get home.

No, I saw him two weeks ago and wasn't having the allergy problems I'm having now.

There are things you can take. Have you gotten the list from your Dr. Yet?
