What a day. Today was the ultrasound that was supposed to confirm if I had a baby in there or not. Last week I went in because of bleeding and baby was too small. But I saw a yoke sack and gestational sack. Today there was a baby..and a heart beat at 119 bpm. I'm officially 6 weeks and 4 days. Due date March 22nd. We found out why I keep spotting and that is because I have a little hemorrhage (they said something more specific) where the baby implants and leaves a sack of blood. Some women don't bleed at all and others do. I happen to be that person so they are just going to continue to watch it. I go back at 8 weeks or so. They said it won't hurt the baby. That is about all the update I have :)

At 6 weeks exactly mine was diagnosed, and it was the same size as the gestational sac and the doctors were pretty bleak about the whole thing but she's now a healthy 3.5 year old =) |
