Feeling fat

Well, I am to begin with... But feeling extremely so today.
Worked from home due to a snow/ice storm. Apparently DH didn't understand that I was supposed to be working and worked on his own stuff, therefore leaving me in charge of DD. :-(
Then, after lunch I hit a lull while DD was "napping" (she was singing and playing in her crib) and I dozed off.... Should have just forwarded emails to my phone and gone to bed to sleep, but I felt guilty.
I am so exhausted tonight, even though I sat on the couch working all day.....
