Help!

So, got better for vacation. However, any time I tried to take a prenatal vitamin I promptly gagged and then threw up.
I bought a bottle of the gummy ones, but I have yet to take one today.
Any other ideas or alternatives? It is so bad, I can't even take a tylenol without gagging and hugging the toilet. All pills are making me sick.

Comment from mnor0406 » Posted Feb. 24, 2016 6:49am I took the vitafusion gummies my whole pregnancy. Most days they went down easy but there were a few days here and there when I skipped them. Don't feel guilty if sometimes you feel sick just thinking about taking them. Baby will still get what they need. The only negative I experienced with the gummies was they didn't contain iron and my iron started getting low so I had to add in a slow release iron pill. However this was in my 3rd trimester and by then I had no problem taking pills or vitamins. | |
Comment from blondeone12 » Posted Feb. 23, 2016 5:11am The gummy ones were the only ones i could handle. The smell of the pills even made me sick in the beginning. Also, with the gummy ones there are differences in flavor between the store brands and the name brands, so find something that works for you. |
