My Baby's Birthday!
11.09 am, via c-section. Weight = 3.19kg/ 7.03lbs. Length = 55cm
Gorgeous baby boy. When they showed him to me in theatre I said he looks just like his daddy.
Home from hospital on March 7th in time to celebrate big sister's 6th birthday.
So settled but such a hungry boy at night

Felt really tired so went upstairs to lay down. No sooner had my feet left the floor than a wee prod in my lower right belly told me someone was not so sleepy :)

Told My Boss About My Pregnancy
After worrying about her reaction since I found out, I finally told my boss on Thursday. She was very excited and congratulated me, telling me that the company is used to babies so not to worry about senior management either :)

First Positive Pregnancy Test
AF wasn't due until Tuesday, but given all the symptoms I had felt over the last couple of weeks, I was itching to check. I bought a cheap supermarket HPT on the way home from work and, fortunately being busting to pee, went straight to the bathroom to check. At first the test ran all the way to negative, so I washed my hands then turned to throw the test away. To my surprise there was a BFP staring straight back at me!! I was ecstatic, so took the test downstairs to show hubby. He didn't know what it was, but after a simple explanation, he too was over the moon ;)
