Hey! I'm so sorry to hear about you being sick so often. I'll keep praying for you. That's no fun. But congrats on the baby BOY!!! That's exciting!!! I'll find out on Oct 9th because my midwife refuses to do an anatomy ultrasound before 20 weeks. I begged her to do it earlier because my husband leaves Oct 3rd for NTC (training) and wont be back until the week of Thanksgiving. He's going to miss so much! I've been doing pretty well thought. We had a scare yesterday when my 60 pound dog decided to use my baby bump as a launch pad when I was laying down resting. SOOO painful, but the baby's heart sounds fine and everything according to the doc at the ER.

I can't wait to see if I'm having a boy or girl! I'm going to wait to tell my husband until he gets back and I'll have a gender reveal cake baked for him to cut into. He said there's a 95% chance he'll be deploying again, hence the NTC training, but I hope he's wrong. He suppose to leave right after the birth. BOOO army!!

HEY!! Thanks for checking in! Very kind of you. Everything is going great here. It's been crazy busy. My baby bump is getting bigger and bigger. My hubby is in love with it. My morning sickness is almost completely gone, but now I'm having round ligament pain and horrible pregnancy brain. lol. We finally painted the nursery and it looks GREAT! I just can't wait to learn the gender so I can really start decorating. How are you? What have you been up to?

I'm sorry about the morning sickness. Mine is actually starting to subside. I HIGHLY suggest asking your doctor about Zofran. But make sure it's the 8mg dissolvable tablets. It saved my baby and I's life. I lost 12 pounds in 1 week due to morning sickness and had to get IV fluids because I was so dehydrated, but after starting Zofran I could eat and drink again. It's definitely worth asking about. It's nausea medication that's safe for pregnant women and doesn't have the "drowsy" side affects.

My pregnancy is going pretty well now. I had quite a few hiccups this trimester. I ended up in the ER a few times for bleeding and cramping and had a few scares, but the baby is doing great, I'm not bleeding anymore, and I'm starting to get my appetite back. I have another ultrasound appointment this Friday, so I'll be posting another picture of our little bean soon. Last ultrasound the heartbeat was 173 and strong. I'm kinda hoping that means it's a boy!! lol.

Your daughter's nickname for the baby is SO cute! LOL! I can't wait to see mine at our next appointment. I think once I see and hear the heartbeat, it'll hit me more. I keep losing weight and my doctor put me on a HIGH protein diet. I've been eating what my stomach will allow me to eat, but I lost ANOTHER pound this morning. I'm a little worried, but not too badly. I know that some women lose weight during their first trimester, but due to my pre-pregnancy weight, I think that's why the doctor is slightly worried. I don't know why, but I CAN eat the mess out of cornbread muffins, so I've been shoveling those down like crazy. lol. I just hope I start gaining soon.

Have you been having strange dreams yet? I've been having them every night and they are SO bizarre!
