I'm very sorry to hear what has happened to you, having experienced a dnc myself it is hard, in fact harder than you ever imagine being able to cope with, especially after trying for so long. You will have better days, there will be some that are worse, and there will be days when you don't even want to get out of bed, but please remember that its important that you do, that you carry on but also grieve in your own time.

If you want to cry then do, scream into a pillow and let it all out, but most of all talk with your partner who will also be needing the same comfort as you. You won't forget but the pain will become easier to bear and hopefully you will be blessed again soon. All my love and thoughts x
