I was induced with my 2nd. Started induction at 7, didn't feel contractions til 9, she was born at 12:12. Good luck, it's very exciting.

Don't worry chicky, I am sure you will do great! It comes more naturally then you think ;). Just think, in 24 hours or less you will have baby in your arms! I am sure that will motivate the heck outta you :)

aww thank you! i want to avoid epidural if possible as i suffer very bad sciatica and back problems and being bed bound and not "feeling" how much i am pushing i fear that i will damage my back more than necessary, but I'm going to go with the flow. I am just happy there is light at the end of the tunnel!

With my first, I was induced at about 12pm and had him at 9:21pm. So a little over 9 hours with him, but everyone is different. If you get the epiderial it may stall your labor a bit. But beware, the contractions come fast with being induced. I felt them within an hour or two. Good luck girl! Hope everything goes great:)
