Q: Early labor signs?

The last few days, maybe the last week, I've had loose stools and sometimes diarrhea. And the bm's are more frequently than normal. This morning I felt nauseous and had diarrhea... Now tonight I'm having sharp pains in my cervix area and lower back pain as my belly is tightening, but these contractions don't feel like my first birth experience. I, however, didn't have back labor at all the first time around. Could this possibly be early labor? Im 37 weeks as of yesterday.
