Q: Tips to increase fetal movement for gender scan?

Tomorrow morning I have my 18 week ultrasound for my twins and I want tips to make sure them babies are moving so I can find out what sex they are!

a big bacon/egg breakfast, with a tall glass of orange juice!! oranges and orange juice always do it for me
