Q: 3rd c- section experiences?

In two days I will be having my 3rd c section (last one was 5 years ago) and im slightly petrified! Just wondering if any other mums could share their experiences.

nicole: Glad everything went well! I was told my uterus was thin last time but they didn't tell me not to have anymore. I thought I couldn't until my new Dr eased my mind and he was even talking about a 5th!?!?! I'm getting my tubes tied this time though lol! Enjoy your baby and hope you heal quickly :)

Hello :) I am about to have my 4th c-section! My 3rd was 8 years ago... I was so scared to have a 4th I thought I was done at 3... then my Dr talked to me and eased my fears. With my 3rd c-section I actually went 2 days past my due date due to moving and insurance issues. It was no different from the other 2 really. Doctors say repeats are easier on our bodies because they know how to heal from them and there isn't a universal limit, it varies person to person. After my 3rd I did try to do too much too soon causing me call my mom crying but that was my fault! This time I am freezing meals to just pop in the oven and my mom and sister are staying with us to help. I hope your able to relax and trust that everything will work out :) Its nice to find people with repeat c-sections on here though lol! My biggest fear is the stupid needle in the back :\

i am also booked in for a c section but not till the 17 th April if i go sooner i am aloud too try for a vbac. as soon as my ob said the date fear just ran over me. hubby was like you have had this before ( this baby is his first) my reply was its not better of a feeling lol. but yes americanbaby i am with you i do think its more nerve racking each time.

I will likely be having my 3rd c-section as well as my area changed VBAC policies :( I had my first 3 vaginal and last 2 were c-sections...I am petrified as well. It literally scares me to death. I am not due til October though.

Im a little bit sad I cant have another one , but if its what has to be done . good luck tasha , u will be fine! nervous ( I was teary getting the spinal !) but once it was all done I was so relieved! Xx keep me posted how u all go!
Are any of you on face book? I find it easier to keep in touch on there!
