We've researched and decided on Viacord... for 2 reasons mainly. One, they seem to be the most "notable" in the media, which makes me think w/that much coverage, ppl would be speaking up if there were major probs, haha! Also, a friend of mine had a baby in Feb. and used them. She was very happy w/the communication, procedure, and results. She's a nurse and had done a lot of research also. After calling a couple places, pricing, and weighing pros and cons, we did go w/Viacord and I have been pleased w/everything. The customer service has been great to answer any and all questions I've had, their kit arrived immediately, and everything is well put and laid out so all the steps/procedures are easy to understand. Also, just an FYI, I got $250 off b/c my friend recommended them and she got a $50 Amer. Exp. gift card b/c of it.
